Ralph Mann heirs to Paris Mann 15 acres on the Hartford and Dedham Turnpike.
 
03/1835     Norfolk County Deed: 107:15
Paris Mann to Noah Coombs 15 acres on the Hartford and Dedham Turnpike.
 
4/24/1838     Norfolk County Deed: 120:80
Noah Coombs to Seth Holbrook 3.75 acres with buildings thereon including 1 acre on Milford Street (#18).

James Mann to Noel and Mary Mathewson 1.3 acre with dwelling house.

Mary Mathewson to Charles Thompson Adams 1.3 acre with dwelling house with William Creasy to the west, and Timothy Pond to the east.  When he bought the house in 1869, Charles Thompson Adams was 29 years old,  married to Harriet Hastings, and had a 2 year old son Jasper.  He was a prosperous florist/horticulturalist in Medway in the 1870s and 1880s;  his large greenhouses on Main Street extended to the back of his lot at 11 Milford Street.   He was the first long term owner of the house.
