James Mann, yeoman to William E Creasy, 1.5 acres tillage land
no building listed With lot of John L Adams to the west, and James Mann other land to the east. William E Creasy married Martha Gibson in 1848 when he was 23 years old.  He worked
as a bootmaker.   They had 4 children:  William H (1857) who lived only for 1 year, Herbert M. (1858), Frederick E. (1863), and Addie E. (1866).  In 1867, William bought this 1.5 acre lot from James Mann;  there was a new dwelling house there by 1869.
