Here is our Lord with an open Gospel book. The
verse, from Mark 1:15, is Rabbi Jesus' first sermon. The term "pancreator" means - creator of all, so Jesus is no mere
rabbi, but the all-powerful God. When He says, "The Kingdom of God is near," He isn't just talking out of His hat or
telling a pretty story that has no basis in reality. Instead, He reveals the inbreaking of a new reality, and bids us
to enter into it by reordering our lives around the Kingdom's priorites.
