Rose: I was born in Toronto, Canada. I was #4 of 6 children, with 3 older sisters and 2 younger brothers. Dad worked hard and Mom took care of us at home. They are Portuguese and have been married almost 50 years. Growing up, we had picnics by the beach and these are some of my happiest memories growing up. I'm very close with my family; we call and email each other and constantly exchange photos. We love each other's children and they can't wait to have a new niece or nephew! I work part-time and plan to be a full-time stay-at-home mother.

Mike's beloved family

Michael: I was born in Islip, New York. I was #2 of 3 children. Dad owned a deli and Mom was with us at home when we were younger and then helped Dad when we got older. They have been married over 35 years. I had a happy childhood; one of my happiest memories was shoveling snow with my brother and gramma making us hot chocolate afterwards. My family is very close, especially after my brother died in an accident. My sister Erin wants to be a "favorite aunt" and my parents can't wait to be called "grandparents". I have a successful home repair business and can financially support a family.
