We at the Cambridge Sunshine Foundation Declare to the Natives and all peoples in this wonderful Land a deep heartfelt honor that the first weekend of every Summer Ad Infinitum is declared A National and Hemispherical Holiday weekend in honor of our Native Brothers and Sisters!The Indigenous Farmers and good People of This United States and Western Hemisphere !The First True and Real Thanksgiving !My name is Danny De Gug, founder of the Cambridge Sunshine Foundation, in personal responsibility to my conscience and convictions on this most important matter of honor to the Indigenous peoples of the Territory known as this United States, The Cambridge Sunshine Foundation, a non-profit Corporation on a National level Declares to the Natives and all Peoples of this wonderful Land a deep heart felt honor that the first weekend of every Summer Ad Infinitum is declared A National and Hemisperical Holiday weekend in honor of our Native American Indian Farmers, our indigenous brothers and sisters! Dear Readers: I am writing to you on the serious and grave matter of the centuries of abuses to the Native Americans of North and South America. We at the Cambridge Sunshine Foundation wish to present a holiday gift and apology to compensate for some of the untold disregard and humiliation suffered by our Native American brothers and sisters. Therefore, we respectfully urge you to please support this cause by being part of a community activist campaign that will help us deliver this wonderful Gift. I That, the Cambridge Sunshine Foundation and true people from Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and elsewhere are; Honoring the Native Americans of this United States and Western Hemisphere to commemorate their history as stewards of the earth, air, water, flora, and fauna have now established an annual celebration weekend holiday, on the first Saturday and Sunday of Summer and to recognize this is the honorable way to conduct American business. That, the Cambridge Sunshine Foundation and true people from Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and elsewhere recognize; This is the first real Thanksgiving, I repeat the First Real Thanksgiving! That, the Cambridge Sunshine Foundation and true people from Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and elsewhere recognize that; We will see more Pow-Wow gatherings to amplify our understanding of the creative, artistic and musical sides of Native people. II Whereas, The Cambridge City Council has passed a resolution honoring The Cambridge Sunshine Foundation's work for Native American Causes! Whereas, The opinion poll conducted by the Cambridge Sunshine Foundation sources report that with more than five thousand people polled only two persons were opposed to this honor of a National/Hemispherical Holiday weekend! Whereas, the United States initiated reservations to house Native Americans outside the mainstream of this Nation, with consequences of suffering, destruction, and death in great numbers among the indigenous peoples of North and South America, Whereas, great Leaders and Seers among the Native American wished to live in Peace, Harmony, and Freedom with the European and British settlers to share the blessings of this Nation and Western Hemisphere among all, Whereas Americans also recognize with deep gratitude the contributions and sacrifices made by Native Americans to preserve the natural resources of this Nation and Hemisphere; III And with this and more in mind and soul; The Cambridge Sunshine Foundation and true people from Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and elsewhere recognize; That the first weekend of every Summer Ad Infinitum is declared A National and Hemispherical Holiday weekend in honor of our Native American Indian Farmers, our brothers and sisters! our Native people for hundreds of years, hundreds and hundreds of treaties brokened.
