I am a Registered Architect in Pennsylvania with over twenty (20) years of experience in Public, Commercial, Retail, Healthcare and Residential projects completed while working in firms in the Philadelphia area. 
 
I do freelance work with individual clients for any size residential projects, including new homes and additions, basement renovations, kitchens and bathrooms - no project is too small! 
One Free Meeting:
An intial meeting at your location to discuss your project and initiate design ideas is free - then a proposal based on the scope of the work will be sent for your review.
I am available to discuss your project via telephone or email and will accomodate your schedule to meet with you in person.

Services: 

Conceptual Design - ie. hand drawn sketches, 3D models

Construction Documentation - as needed for aquiring a building permit

Construction Administration - construction observation as needed

 

All services will be invoiced on a monthly basis, cash and checks only - no credit cards.
