Blitzkrieg: Made from a Total Justice Flash head and a spiderman (with altered hand!) body. Toothpaste tube collar and some milliput fingers to replace the removed webbing ones...I got a bit frustrated trying to match the blue (his various appearance have multiple blues, too), and settled on this look.
