Bulldozer:

I used a Gladiator head (minus the mohawk) on a Juggernaut (removable helmut one) torso and legs.  The arms are from Monster Wolverine and hands are from the old-school-wheel-footed Juggernaut.  Helmut from a dollar store figure.  Milliput rivets on his costume.
