Crossbones:

Red Skull’s main man is made from an Avengers Animated Wonderman.  Milliput mask, wrist bracers and belt.  Toothpaste tube holster and mask ties (can’t really be seen in this photo).  Gun and (blue?) crossbow from the weapons bin!
