Ironclad:  Repainted 2099Metalhead with a plastic bag kilt. So...the HOTMU had him as more of a blue and white color (as opposed to this gray image I found).  Humorously, I started with him all gray.  Don’t know if you can make out the silver touches on him.  I kind of like the results and am not so worried having the blue version...
