Kang: from the Animated Avengers series.  Not sure how they came up with this look for him...
Kang: Borrowed liberally from Al’s recipe.  I put a Secret Wars Kang head on a Mr Sinister (Monster Armor) body.  Used a plastic bag for his tunic and milliput for additional mods.
