Killer Shrike:

Made from a movie Batman head (minus the bat ears), Gideon’s pony tail for his plume, generic dollar store torso and arms, Senyaka legs, coffee lid plastic for wrist blades and toothpaste tube cape.  This photo sure makes the paint job look really bad.
