Mach IV: He is made from an Iron Man head, Wizard body, Fitzroy arms and legs.  Not sure where the wings came from... the rest is milliput mods. A little artistic license (=off model, a bit).  I chose Mach IV (as opposed to 1-3) just cause I like the design.
