Mind Wave
Mindwave: Xcutioner head, AoA Gambit torso, Meanstreak arms, Skullfire legs. Milliput (helmet, boots) and clear packaging plastic (visor) modifications. A product of my CustomCon15 entry - Mindwave had no facial hair and a toned-down helmet when he was slaughtered in the Bar-With-No-Name, which is why he looks nothing like the only image of him I could find on the web. Guess he’s a bit of an obscure character, eh?
