Nighthawk: Made from a Toyfair Wonderman body and a Meanstreak head (minus his hair) with milliput and toothpaste tube mods.  The cape is from the Prowler with the bottom “feathered” (sort of).  This is a character with a million different looks...I just mashed some together and came up with this...
