The Masters MX series awards program is geared towards a mix of raceday recognition and series participation. After
covering operating costs, 100% of money collected is returned to the riders in the form of raceday awards and
series awards. The program is structured as follows:
A Classes (25+, 30+, 40+, 45+)
$10 per rider at each of the 6 qualifying events will go into year-end series payout in addition to the series membership
fees. Payout by class at year-end will be based on the number of participating riders.
Note that there will be NO raceday payout based on finishes at a single event; all payout will be based on the series finishes.
Other Classes
Plaques will be given out on race day to top finishers, typically 1 award for each 4 riders. Funds
remaining after covering the cost of plaques will be accumulated for year-end series payout in addition to the series membership
fees.
2008 Trophy & Payout
The 2008 series trophy and cash payouts are shown below (based
on 7 race series), plus both Fredericktown Yamaha and Ellicott
City Motorsports provided discount coupons to all award winners (thanks, Richard & Mike!).
Remember that over 100% of all money taken in goes back to participating riders !!
