The webmaster's recently refurbished ~1973 UE-18
This bicycle was purchased from the good folks at Whippany Cycle in New Jersey.  Thanks to JunkYardBike (Bike Forums) for referring me.  The bike is all orginal, with very little wear-and-tear accept for some scrapes on the lower ends of the drive-side seat stay and top tube.  I 'stripped' the frame; cleaned and repacked the bottom bracket, headtube, and hubs with Phil Wood's Waterproof Grease; replaced all cables and housings with vintage Schwinn parts; replaced a cracked Simplex 637 front derailleur with new old stock; equipped the bike with Michelin World Tour tires and a Zefal Lapize 46.5 cm frame pump; and treated the frame and chrome components with Pedros Bike Lust and Menotomy Mixture Cleaning Oil, respectively.  It is my wife's new around town and Rails to Trails bike.
