You must have a 4 wheel drive vehicle to access our beach house.  In the Sun Realty 2013 rental book, our house number is SWB-21.  It is a newly constructed property by BD&A and our rentals are done through Sun.  Our home is in the wild horse esturary and is truely a unique area of the east coast.  We hope you enjoy your stay and tell friends and family enough to return next season.  You may have up to 2 dogs with your stay at our vacation home.  This Semi-Oceanfront 4 BR/3.5 bath house can sleep between 10-12, and has spectacular ocean views for only being 4 lots from the Ocean.  We have over 1,327/sf of total decking on the top 2 floors, and you can even see the ocean from the 1st level deck.  The night sky is very visible on a clear evening.  This house is a Sunday through Sunday rental.    Don't think it's too late to book your vacation already because when you click on the Stargazer (SWB-21) link below you can see if the week you want is available.  It's still prime vacation time for you and your family.  You may also call Sun Realty/Corolla at 800-332-0039 to to book your week or let them contact you for a week you would want.  New from this past season, extra seating deck overlooking pool (don't forget that we have a fish cleaning station & free wireless internet access - so bring your laptop).  A tide chart handy in your truck/SUV is recommended.  It is a truely unique vacation experience you are about to embark on with staying at our location.  The interior is truely interesting with our chosen decor.  It's not like other beach homes as you will see.  The upstairs master bedroom ceiling will amaze you at night, for you will feel like your sleeping under the stars.
