Things were alittle slow to move at first due to changes in the 2006 Currituck County building codes. This had
delayed us in getting the completion date narrowed down. We are shooting for end of June or mid-July 2006.

We are very excited to finally have the house completed. The sable palm tree with roses are a very nice accent to
our home. The Charleston hammock on the middle level overlooks the ocean, pool and the palm tree. The backyard
features a volleyball and badminton area.
