Dates of pool availability: Weekend of April 26th - October 25, 2009. availability dates and charges vary for heated pools (ours is heated); see individual property information for details.
Fees for heated pools are either fixed or variable based on metered usage.
Fireplaces: Use of all fireplaces is limited to September 28, 2008 - April 26, 2009.

Advance Property Holds for 2009/2010:
Current-year guests staying at Twiddy home S41614 - STARGAZER are given the first opportunity during
their stay to request the same house for the same week(s) of the following year (some restrictions apply). At 9 AM on
the Tuesday following the 2009 guest departure, the home is offered on a first come/first served basis. Note:
The dates for 2009/2010 must be first available by the homeowner and the advance holds do not lock in current-year rates.
The homeowner will set the 2010 availabilty come around Nov-Dec. of 2009 with Twiddy. You do have the option to decline
this rental after the owners have set their 2010 rental rates. see page 11 (Twiddy book)
