My veterinarian and I recommend that no FIP vaccination be used on this animal. We also recommend that no FeLV vaccination be used unless there is a cat in the same household that is allowed outdoors.

The purchaser agrees to the following:

1.      The purchaser intends to keep this cat permanently unless unusual circumstances prevent this. If it becomes necessary to give the cat up, the purchaser will contact the breeder if he/she cannot locate a suitable home for the cat.

2.      The cat will not be sold, leased, or given away to any pet shop, research lab, or similar facility.

3.      The cat will not be allowed to roam freely outdoors and will be kept indoors unless accompanied or secured on a leash or in a pen.

4.      The cat will be neutered /spayed between 4 months and 1 year of age, and will not be used for any breeding.

5.      Declawing is objectionable.

6.      If the cat is found to be neglected or mistreated, the purchaser will surrender the cat to the breeder unconditionally.

As the breeder, I guarantee:

1.      The kitten has been sold in good faith.

2.      Health for a period of 72 hours from purchase, and recommend a veterinary exam within these 72 hours (at buyer’s expense). If the cat is found to be medically deficient within this time period, it may be returned and I will refund the full purchase price.

The cat has been vaccinated with 2 FVRCP vaccinations at 8 & 12 weeks & needs to have its      Rabies Vaccination.

3.      If the cat should die within one year from the date of birth a, as a direct result of an unknown (at the time of purchase) congenital defect, the cat will be replaced with one of comparable value, but only if an appropriate autopsy is performed by a qualified vet and I am supplied with a statement or post mortem report from the vet verifying the cause of death.
