Kalmbach says he will develop a working relationship between the Sheriff’s Office, county offices
and other law enforcement agencies. “We need to become an asset to the judicial system, a team player. I know the "Office
of the Sheriff" having been a Deputy for the past 19 years, and I will bring that experience with me.”
My priority is to obtain a higher level of professionalism
through accountable reform and service by reorganizing the office to improve efficiency, training, morale and confidence. I will re-establish relationships
with County offices and Law Enforcement agencies as an involved team player and asset to our court system.
I will be a working sheriff providing leadship by example
with a hands on approach and an attitude of dedicated service.
