·        $200 Deposit within seven (7) days to hold reservation.

·        Balance due sixty (60) days prior to start, unless booked within that period, then entire amount due within seven (7) days. 

·        Check, wire transfer, Paypal transfer or EFT accepted for all payments.

·        11.42% State of Hawaii Hotel and General Excise Taxes will be added to the bill.

·        Reduced rates available for late bookings if they fit our calendar!

·        Rates based on four adults/children.  Max occupancy - six.

·        $200 Security Deposit due with balance.  Deposit to be returned after approved inspection.

·        Cancellations accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival.  For cancellations of less than 30 days, no refund unless unit can be rented.  Then, all but $200.00 deposit will be returned.

·        Housekeeping provided before and after stay.  If service required during stay, price will be quoted separately.

·        Cleaning fee added for all stays less than 7 nights.

·        Check in time: 3:00 p.m.; Check out time: noon; late checkout may be available for additional $25.

·        Non-smoking unit.
