Bill Bush joined
up with Max Out Golf this year and runs the St Annes facility located at the Back Creek Course.
Bill is also in
his third year as an Assistant Coach for the Wilmington University Wildcats Golf Team. As a long time student of
the game, Bill is a Professional Clubmaker and owns Bush's Custom Clubs & Repairs.
Bill is a member of the Golf Clubmakers Association (GCA), and has obtained his Professional Accreditation over the
past several years. Bill achieved the GCA’s highest level, Advanced, in
January 2006. Bill has studied his instruction in quality clubmaking at the Golfsmith
Training Schools located in Austin Texas, and has successfully completed the industry standard, The Complete Clubmakers Training,
as well as the Advanced Clubmaking, Fitting and Repair Schools.
Bill has also been honored
with the prestigious award of Delaware GCA Clubmaker of The Year 2005 - 2006, and again for this year, 2006 - 2007.
Bill is a former co-owner
of The Perfect Swing Golf Center, LLC, a full service golf range and training center, located in Smyrna, Delaware. Bill became a fully Certified Golf
Teaching Professional with the United States Golf Teaching Federation in 2004.
Bill worked in law enforcement
as a Deputy State Fire Marshal with the State of Delaware
until his retirement in July 2003. Bill also served his community as a Life Member
and Past President of the Christiana Fire Company.
