How do you get rid of the hiccups?
I know this sounds goofy, but it's from yoga theory. Hiccoughs result from excess of one, of the 5 energies. It can be reduced
by this exercise:
Pull back your tongue, so that it is not touchin anythin in your mouth. Keep your teeth closed. Suck
in air through your teeth, count 4. Hold breath count 2. Exhale through nose count 4. Hold count 2.
Usually it takes
only 3 breaths for me to end my hiccoughs. However my cases have not been so serious. It might take you up to 10 breaths.

Weight Loss Health Spa Review
This here is a review of the weight loss health spa, known, fondly,
as Hilton Head Health. The spa is highly recommended, as you will see below.
On their website there are 13 testimonials. One, of the
testimonials, mentions loss of 9 pounds, while the testifier was at the spa.
The other testimonials mention bein happy at the spa, bein improven
after their returnin to their homeland, but nothin about losin weight.
Probably, weight loss was not their reason, for bein there,
they were there for stress, or general fitness, I suppose. That would explain why their testimonials mention not weight
loss.
I called the spa, and spoke to Kelly from the PR department, and
asked her for more weight loss testimonials, which she emailed to me.
I asked Kelly for 3 testimonials, she said that she could have sent
more:
“I stayed at Hilton Head Health
(H3) for three weeks, and in just those three weeks – I not only lost 24 lbs, but I completely transformed my life.
"It’s wasn’t that
I didn’t know what to do; it was that I didn’t know how to do it. H3 taught me how to change my behaviors – how to eat healthy and how to exercise.”
- Victor Aldrich
“So we [husband and
wife] had a great time, but did we get results? While at Hilton Head Health (H3), I lost 7 pounds. But that’s
not the best part. We returned from H3 two months ago. In those two months we have had 2 week-long vacations,
two birthday parties and a wedding in addition to our normal social schedule.
"We continue to eat
out about 7 times a week. In spite of all that, I have lost 15 more pounds and we both are fitting into smaller sizes.
Even my golf scores are lower!” - Hugh Mensch
“Four months after leaving
Hilton Head Health, I weigh 175, just shy of 45 pounds less than I did when I arrived. The changes in myself are incredible.
I read labels on everything. I don't drink soda. I cook more now than I ever did before. I take spin classes, Pilates, Zumba
aerobics.
"I'm even training for
my first 5K… I still have weight left to lose, but I know Hilton Head Health gave me the tools I need to succeed! I plan on
returning later this year for another week of fun and fitness, and I can't wait.” - Tracy Rodgers
I did a searchin, in Google groups, to see whether anybody had posted any complaint, about the spa, online.
I looked through 2 pages of message results, and found nothin but praise.
Readers of SpaFinder magazine, in 2008, voted Hilton Head Health into the top 10 rated weight
loss spas. I have to suppose that the poll, and its results, were genuine, for now.
Here is a list of accolades, from the spa's website. I copy and paste these verbatim, with the permission
of Kelly from the spa's PR department:

Prader-Willi Syndrome Is Curable
Some folks have spread the rumor, that there is a condition, that God does not have the power to cure. However, if God can raise sons to Abraham, from stones, then he certainly can alter any condition within a body.
I advise you against payin heed to anyone, who does not appear to respect God, to that extent

Feng Shui Tips - Feng Shui Is A Branch Of Medicine
In Chinese tradition, Feng Shui is one of the 8 branches of medicine. It is considered to be critical in determinin
whether you are sick or you are healthy.
The best time to consider feng shui is before you acquire a house, not afterward. In fact the feng shui of a neighborhood
and of a plot should be considered even before the house itself can be considered to be worthy.
Here is a most excellent guidebook, a convenient handbook for choosing your house by feng shui Basic Feng Shui Tips

Does Your
Liver Need Repair?
I. Signs that you have advanced liver disease: If your skin is unnaturally yellow then you could have jaundice. I know of no other cause of this condition of yellow skin. If
you have a single vertical crease between your eyebrows, that is said to be a sign of cirrhosis.
If there
are 2 or 3 vertical lines between your eyebrows, then cirrhosis is on its way unless you change, according
to published diagnosticians. If you want a more radical approach, then follow the program in Chapter 1 of the report Emergency Liver Repair, by Tru
Keesey (see below).
II. Signs that your liver needs repair.
These are taken from traditional Oriental diagnosis. Here
are the signs that your liver needs help:
1) Dandruff and Eczema -- These are caused by eating too
much fat, mainly animal fat, most likely dairy products. Cheese and butter-cooked
eggs can contribute strongly to these conditions. It means that too much fat
and cholesterol are in your liver, as well as in other organs.
If you reduce
the animal foods and increase greens and whole grains, then you should recover from this condition.
If you want a more radical approach, then follow the program in Chapter 1 of the report Emergency
Liver Repair, by Tru Keesey (see below).
2) If you get upset, and it is not because of hypoglycemia
nor hard drugs, then your liver is overloaded and sick. Remember, healthy people
do not get upset. Also remember, city people are not healthy people.
3) Vertical lines between your eyebrows. I have heard people tell me these vertical lines are just from squinting a lot. That is denial. No matter how much you squint, if your liver
is healthy, you won't get vertical lines between your eyebrows.
If you have only
a single deep crease vertically between your eyebrows, then you probably have cirrhosis, and you desperately should immediately
go to the program in Chapter 1 of the report, Emergency Liver Repair, by Tru Keesey (see below), until the
area between your brows becomes smooth. If your doctor does not say that you
have cirrhosis, I suggest that you do the program anyway, because the Oriental practitioners of great experience have found
treatment to be needed in your case.
If you have more
than one vertical line, and they are not so deep, then you are in the intermediate stages of either liver overwork, or liver
disease. This is according to published Oriental medical practice. In that case I suggest that you follow the program in Chapter 1 until the area between your eyebrows becomes
smooth.
4) If there is hair growing between your eyebrows, then
your mother ate too much animal food in the fourth and fifth months of your embryonic development. Thus, although your liver and gall bladder may be healthy, it needs to be boosted and supported nutritionally
to an exceptional degree.
