The Main Thing To Protect Your Liver
Copyright Tru Keesey January 30 2007

We all know about taking it easy on fats and oils.  Well, we do NOW, anyway.

But there is another super important consideration.  Read the label.  Control yourself.  Do not buy any food that has chemicals.  Chemicals make your liver work harder.

Use some self-control and planning.  Plan your meals so that you can use ingredients that have no chemicaux in them.

Another thing is air pollution, for example second-hand smoke in bars, and second-hand air in airplanes.  Does this not go into your blood?  Does your blood not go into your liver.

This makes it a lifestyle issue, involving where we go, and where we don't go.  Like, we don't picnic on the interstate highway, why would we go in a bar?  Same difference.

Again, it comes down to self-control and planning.  Plan to organize some fun with your mates outside of a bar environment.

Does Your Liver Need Repair?

I.  Signs that you have advanced liver disease:  If your skin is unnaturally yellow then you could have jaundice.  I know of no other cause of this condition of yellow skin.  If you have a single vertical crease between your eyebrows, that is said to be a sign of cirrhosis.  If there are 2 or 3 vertical lines between your eyebrows, then cirrhosis is on its way unless you change, according to published diagnosticians.  If you want a more radical approach, then follow the program in Chapter 1 of the report Emergency Liver Repair, by Tru Keesey (see below).

II.  Signs that your liver needs repair.  These are taken from traditional Oriental diagnosis.  Here are the signs that your liver needs help:

1)  Dandruff and Eczema -- These are caused by eating too much fat, mainly animal fat, most likely dairy products.  Cheese and butter-cooked eggs can contribute strongly to these conditions.  It means that too much fat and cholesterol are in your liver, as well as in other organs.  If you reduce the animal foods and increase greens and whole grains, then you should recover from this condition.  If you want a more radical approach, then follow the program in Chapter 1 of the report Emergency Liver Repair, by Tru Keesey (see below).

2)  If you get upset, and it is not because of hypoglycemia nor hard drugs, then your liver is overloaded and sick.  Remember, healthy people do not get upset.  Also remember, city people are not healthy people.

3)  Vertical lines between your eyebrows.  I have heard people tell me these vertical lines are just from squinting a lot.  That is denial.  No matter how much you squint, if your liver is healthy, you won't get vertical lines between your eyebrows.  If you have only a single deep crease vertically between your eyebrows, then you probably have cirrhosis, and you desperately should immediately go to the program in Chapter 1 of the report, Emergency Liver Repair, by Tru Keesey (see below), until the area between your brows becomes smooth.  If your doctor does not say that you have cirrhosis, I suggest that you do the program anyway, because the Oriental practitioners of great experience have found treatment to be needed in your case.  If you have more than one vertical line, and they are not so deep, then you are in the intermediate stages of either liver overwork, or liver disease.  This is according to published Oriental medical practice.  In that case I suggest that you follow the program in Chapter 1 until the area between your eyebrows becomes smooth.

4)  If there is hair growing between your eyebrows, then your mother ate too much animal food in the fourth and fifth months of your embryonic development.  Thus, although your liver and gall bladder may be healthy, it needs to be boosted and supported nutritionally to an exceptional degree.
