Shaolin says nourish water-element and you get longevity. Stephen Horne said nourish water-element and your joints
self-adjust.
To nourish water, use metal-element.
Here is a list of things you can do, which are of metal-element. They work only when you do them moderately:
- Activity
- Aerobic exercise
- Be entertained, have fun. This is a dangerous topic, because the enemies of health have arranged
for entertainment to occur in front of radiating screens, or in smoky areas, or accompanied by drink. Entertainment
should be away from smoke and from radiating screens. Some forms of entertainment involve the audience with disobedient
entertainers, and, so, consult the page on "Obedience And Health."
- Hear music. This is also a "dodgy" topic, so I have a page devoted to "Music And Health". Some kinds of music make people sick, even if they don't see it happening.
- Public relations. This means taking care of the interface between you and the people around you.
Having a good reputation and good relationships would be part of this. Take time to work on these things.
- Wealth. Having wealth nourishes water, nourishes your longevity and causes your joints to self-adjust.
- Immobility, or "follow-through" this is the idea of sticking with your intention, not being distracted,
keeping to your plan.
