To be healthy it is absolutely necessary to avoid Babylonian-style cities, and to do at least one hour of hatha yoga
each day. If you think you know somebody who is healthy, but does not do these, then you need to work on being more
observant and thoughtful, or perhaps more honest with yourself.
Hatha yoga takes second place after The Knowledge of Inner Peace, as is true of all practices, they are subordinate in
importance to The Knowledge of Inner Peace, and ought in no way to displace time away from practicing The Knowledge.

blood, as the heart is a pump for the arterial blood. Complete breathing sucks the stale blood out of your liver, and
makes you feel more awake, plus now your liver can get back to work, after your night of sleeping.
When you do this, it becomes easier for you to get up on time in the morning.
