Jewelry is not returnable if there are
no defects, damages, or anything else that would call for a reasonable return. As jewelry is a personal
product, for example earrings, please make your purchase wisely and choose the piece of jewelry that you love the best.

All of my jewelry is garenteed to be free
from defects in workmanship. If a component of the jewelry such as a bead is defective, there is no liability on my part.
As the jewelry is assembled, I make sure I use all non-defective parts, however there may be small imperfections that may
be missed. These imperfections are of course the fault of the manufacturer of the materials. Therefore, I cannot accept returns
on items that have broken beads and related parts unless there is a special circumstance that leads to it being returned.
However, always contact me to see whether it can be returned. Depending on which part breaks, I may be able to send a
replacement piece that you have to attach yourself. You must contact me to tell me your situation. I can help from there.
I take care in assembling my jewelry so that it may last for years, but everything that you buy can't usually last forever.

This is when you contact your bank or credit card company telling them to take off the purchase because of a problem with
the product. I end up not getting my payment. If you have a problem with your purchase, please call or email me and I can
help you with your problem. If you don't do this, you don't get your problem fixed, and I don't get my payment. So that's
why it's important to come to me first with your problem. I do want you to be satisfied with your order, I will do what I
