I'm insane. Not certifiably, mind you. Just crazy enough.
Enough for what?
To stay married to the same man for nearly twenty years. Jeff is my hero. He puts up with my
PMS, and he makes me laugh when I take the world too seriously. Who could ask for anything more?
To mother six children. I said "mother" not "smother," though at times it's tempting. Three
sons and three daughters, ages 24 to 13, keep life interesting. Each morning I rise and wonder what today's episode
of As the Teen+ World Turns will bring.
To have worked in some fascinating places. The ten years I managed a bar/restaurant and the five
years I worked in mental health facilities exposed me to some real-life characters. |
