A-1 Chauffeur Connection is not responsible for personal items left unattended
in our vehicles. These are NON- SMOKING vehicles. In the event of mechanical issues, A-1 Chauffeur Connection will make
every attempt to secure a replacement vehicle. In the event that a replacement vehicle is not supplied, A-1 Chauffeur Connection
will refund the appropriate percentage of the rental amount, excluding the 20% gratuity and deposit (deposits are Non - Refundable).A-1
Chauffeur Connection has the right to cancel service in the event of illegal circumstances.A-1 Chauffeur Connection may
utilize a third party service or vehicle. The rental party will be held reponsible for any damages to the vehicle, by thier
actions or that of thier guests.Thank you for your understanding. Our clients and providing them with excelent service
