Thanks to everyone who supported us in this business.  We are forever grateful.

The Fodera Rights Agency was founded in 2003 by Sean P. Fodera. Mr. Fodera brings his 16 years of experience working for some of the biggest publishing houses in America to a wider range of clients. He has been responsible for revising and modernizing standard contract agreements for Penguin and Simon & Schuster, giving him intimate, publisher's-side knowledge of crucial contract matters. He is an experienced negotiator, having handled deals for major publishing properties, including the Winnie-The-Pooh properties, President Jimmy Carter's books for young adults, and Mercedes Lackey's Valdemar series, among others.

The Fodera Rights Agency specialized in representing subsidiary rights (incl. bookclub, audio, British & foreign rights) for publishers and authors of science fiction, fantasy, romance and mystery. Our network of respected international agents worked on our behalf in other nations.

As noted above, we are no longer seeking new business of any sort.  We are not currently seeking to represent first time publication rights for individual authors. Please do not query re: personal representation. If the agency reopens, we will post our new guidelines here.
