The Indian Mills Historical Society has been collecting, preserving, and sharing the history of Shamong Township with its people for more than 34 years.

Although we do not have a permanent headquarters at this time, meeting space is provided in the Shamong Township Municipal Building courtesy of the Township officials. We are presently  looking for a permanent site. Anyone with ideas regarding a permanent location is asked to contact the society.
