Obviously O'Bomber doesn't read the papers or the FBI
Reports about the Criminals in the Health Care, Pharmaceutical scams covered up by DC's buddies.
The altruistic first (only needed) round to be fired should be down their
noses and we go after the Criminals, enforce the existing Laws, put them in Jail, and we would save about 40/50 percent of
the overall national Health Care expenditures.
But Crooks reign, covered by politicians that make their
bucks in strange ways. Some (Pollyticians) even keep their monies in their freezers (?).

new magical answer for everything that “they” screwed up in the first place.
If they (S&C) performed as incompetently. and traitorously (a lost

PS: 7/09 - MY SON'S SPINAL FUSION SUCCESSES ON MEDICARE/MEDICAID
Under the present Medical system, not overlooking nor exonerating crooks
in it, my Son, who is on Medicare for some medical complications, had (July 7, 2009) a horrenous Spnial Fusion Operation conducted
at Robert Wood Johnson in New Brunswick, N.J. (UMDNJ). His operation under Dr. Nosko, Neuro Spinal
Expert was TOP OF THE LINE AND a complete success! "ALL" COVERED BY MEDICARE! Without question. All of my Son's treatment and personnel interaction with
Therapy, Nursing et. al. WAS EXEMPLARY. AN ON BEHALF OF MY SON AND I, THANKS TO ALL!

"PRO SE" LITIGATION AGAINST VERIZON
For thier incompetence and failure to take action to thwart litigation
they had caused throughout 2007/08/09 against Shihan Alexander.
The fight continued making thier Lawyers rich puppies.
"It" went to Court August, 2009, Gary
Alexander had "his say" in Court about being the Defense Lawyers "Best Friend" making him $500.00 an hour so he "in his ill-founded"
elitest, condescending demeanor can sit there and tell Pro Se (yours truly) that I am not worth $250.00 an hour.
Whereas for over 1,000 hours fighting against the "Black
Corporation of Verizon" not good guys by any stretch (ala the Tycos, Enrons, Madorff, Stanfords of the world on the dark side) .
The Court was told by Shihan that this whole thingis a "Scam"
whereas the Verizons of the world send out daily hundreds of erroneous incompetent billings to victims that will actually
pay these things (not really owed) because they are afreaid they will lose their Credit, and they will not pay some mouth-piece
$2,500.00 for a consultation - not equitable for a $500.00 holdup.
Every Lawyer (12 approx.) in the Court hearing my dissertation was hangin
his head when I left the room. Because they know - it is truth!
Because of an item called "American Rule (Un-)" , no money for Gary Alexander.
However on PRINCIPAL is why I fight "Goliath", my battle unveiled the
decadence, and COST VERIZON A PILE OF MONEY! They will not forget the battle. At least on their Ledger Sheets! .........

Ethics Charges brought against the Presseler and his "4" --Mathew Rudd, ---Erica
L. Fields ---(ELF), Daryl J. Kipnis, ---Steven P. McCabe
NATURE OF GRIEVANCE
My grievances revolve around the un-ethical demeanor that has been exhibited
throughout the Prosecution/Litigation of my case for the past year. Pressler & Pressler LLC in past years (historically)
has a record of, and has been charged and found guilty of, unethical/illegal practices in the past. These same despicable
criminal practices have continued into and throughout the case I have fought against them for the past year.
In this years time (4/07 to 4/08) Pressler has fielded no less than 5 Lawyers
against me with each subsequent representative blatantly distorting the facts and outright lying in their Certifications and
Oral arguments.
Each Pressler Representative was shamefully exposed to the court in writing
by yours truly and never returned to the case.
Additionally, proof positive evidence was presented to the court six months
ago (9/07) that clearly exonerated me of Presslers/Palisades/Verizon Collections claims against me via their frivolous, wrongful
prosecution. Presslers scavengers continued with a malicious prosecution which was tantamount to attempting to now “steal”
monies from me - with a gun if they had too.
Presslers operatives were/are an unsavory group of liars, distorters, and
criminal element within the Legal Profession and I take great issue with the fact that they have not been charged, censured,
license revoked, for activities of the past as well as my own experience with these licensed “Scavengers”.
