I have worked as a therapist and social worker for twenty-two years. I have helped a wide variety of people face their problems and find solutions that meet an individual’s special circumstances.

My approach to therapy is to provide a safe, non-judgmental and respectful environment. This approach involves a mutual exploration of important personal life issues. Therapy should be a journey of self-discovery that leads to a better life.

I have advanced training from the Cleveland Gestalt Institute specializing in the Mind—Body Relationship. In addition I have also completed professional training for eating disorders, addictions and sexual and physical abuse. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a certified addiction counselor (CAC).  Over the years, I have helped hundreds of people regarding a wide array of problems.
