JUST GOT OFFICIAL NOTICE YESTERDAY.

GENGHIS KHAN WAS BEST CAT IN THE MID ATLANTIC REGION FOR 2005-2006.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN TO GENGHIS? WELL, IT MEANS THAT HE WILL HAVE TO HAVE A BATH AND THAT HE WILL HAVE TO WEAR SOME SORT OF COSTUME TO THE REGIONAL BANQUET. I HAVEN'T DECIDED YET. I DO WELCOME SUGGESTIONS. I WAS GOING TO GET HIM A TEE-SHIRT THAT SAID BLING-BLING (THEY SELL THEM FOR DOGS) BUT THAT'S NOT REALLY HIM, IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.

Genghis was a doll at the banquet. The hotel was far away so he was there the entire banquet.

I will post some pictures as soon as I get them. He got away lucky though and only had to wear a necklace. I was actively discouraged from bringing him up to claim his award dressed in his pink robe with a hennin.

Yes, he did have a bath beforehand. He wasn't real happy.

This is Felichaun Derek Jeter of Glor-ee. His parents are RW, SGC Lofoten Noel of Glor-ee (Rodrigo, where ARE you?) and RW SGC Shonstar Sexy Sadie of Felichaun. Yes, I know we already had a Derek Jeter but he is now living as a pet and he had the Glor-ee prefix so we can use it again.

He is a brown spotted tabby male oriental shorthair.

Derek was Second Highest scoring kitten in show at the Mid Atlantic Regional show this weekend (7/22-7/23). He came home with his sister Atalaya (I will post pictures when I have them, as usual)

I am way behind on this but Derek was highest scoring kitten at the Southeast regional and at the Toledo show in September. We'll get his pictures done in Florida next month.
