You do not need a motorcycle to join A.B.A.T.E.!
As a member of A.B.A.T.E of Pennsylvania,
you agree to:
- Uphold your Chapter and its Officers and to participate and/or ride in A.B.A.T.E. functions without obligating A.B.A.T.E.
of PA.
- Abide by Corporate Operating Procedures, governing regulations and current policies.
- Maintain your conduct as a Member in A.B.A.T.E. so as not to create ill will, negative publicity or problems for the organization.
- You accept the inherent risk involved in motorcycling and voluntarily assume the risk involved. You absolve, release and
will hold harmless A.B.A.T.E., its Officers and Members from any liability arising from your participation in any A.B.A.T.E.
functions or events.
- You understand that by signing your name to the application, you are seeking membership into a "brotherhood" and will
conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the meaning of that word.
