How to Sign Up
After you fill out the form below, please mail
it along with payment regular to Jug Bay Market
Garden, 10508 Croom Rd Upper Marlboro MD 20772. Please also submit the form electronically from this webpage so we will have
your contact information in a form that is easy to put in the CSA database.
Payment options: To reserve a spot
in the CSA, we prefer a full payment for the season. A second option is to send two checks, one for half
the share cost dated to be cashed immediately and one for the remaining half cost dated August 1, 2009. We
will not cash the second check until this date and will send out a reminder that we are going to deposit before we do so.
