This Knot Garden was installed with Santolina, originally. A bad winter killed
almost all the plants creating the need for new plants that might not be as susceptible to harsh winters. The first idea was
Dwarf Hostas but they were to hard to accumulate. The winning plant was Sage with it's purple, yellow and variegated varieties.
