"I will introduce the patient to simple meditation and breathing techniques right there on the treatment table if they are open to it.  The most powerful healing method is when the patient becomes an active part of their own healing process, wether it be with a simple breathing technique, a yoga pose or a short walk each day."

" For me, the gradual removal of the barriers between the physical, the mental, and the emotional aspects of health began over the course of fifteen years as a social worker.  As my career began to focus more on working with people who had substance abuse problems, I realized that to have a real impact on a person's ability to change, I would need to address all of the personal aspects including one's spiritual potential.  Searching for a way of bringing these realms together, I began massage study."
