 Our Proven 7 Step Process Customizes YOUR Health and Fitness Program for Guaranteed, Dramatic, Life-Changing Results!

Step 1: Define Goals and Motivation

First we will define SPECIFICALLY you're GOALS. If your looking to reduce body-fat and/or build lean muscle, how much are you looking to loose/gain? Think of this step as going on a journey, you must first know where you are going.

Know your WHY- Understand your MOTIVATION. Ask your self this: why do you want your goal? What will be different in your life when you have achieved it? How will you feel?

Assess your motivation. Ask yourself- HOW much do you want it? Often this question will either confirm if your serious about you're goal or if there is another goal that motivates you further.

Attempt to Forsee any Potential Obstacles in your way. If you are aware of the roadblocks before starting, you can make adjustments to overcome them. If you know that sometimes you feel lazy, well then it's simply a matter of having someone push you and provide accountability for your actions. If finding time is a concern, then better TIME MANAGEMENT will be necessary.

Step 2: Develop your Mind- The type of thoughts and ideas which occupy your consciousness is of paramount importance in developing your health and fitness prosperity in your life. Your mind is either in an orderly or confused state. Order must prevail in your mind if you ever hope to see your health manifest in your material world. You will learn how to create order in your mind, your mind is a REFLECTION of your life and results. To Change Results you need to change how your mind thinks

Step 3: Testing and Evaluation

In this phase we will determine your baseline and use this information to CUSTOM design your program.

We will test your body-fat, take measurements, determine your weight, take photographs, and review a comprehensive food questionaire to determine what your needs are.

This is your first training session which we call our Program Start-up or PSU. Plan on 2 hrs.

Step 4: Program Design

We differ from most training programs our  Body Transformation System that we implement includes all componets of fitness with 100% Guraneeted successful results, If you are from planet earth this system works.

 We will SPECIFICALLY CUSTOMIZE EACH OF THE 7 PROVEN COMPONENTS TO YOUR NEEDS.

Step 5: Program Implementation

Once you start our program you will understand very quickly how easy it is to improve your health and fitness.

Step 6: Re-Test and Improve

Every 4 weeks we will retest you and gather data on the way your body is responding to the program. We will assess your body-fat, take measurements, photographs and review your nutrition.

You will have a printed copy of your progress report and we will review what's working and what's not.

We will be adjusting each component of your program to IMPROVE both your results and RATE OF PROGRESS. It is through these adjustments that we AVOID PLATUES and ACHIEVE YOUR MAXIMUM RESULTS as fast as possible.

Step:7 Syngery-This is the key to achieveing your goals, All our componets are designed to work together in a specific order. You are given a user manual for everthing in our world except one Your Body! When starting with one of our programs you will recieve your user manual to use for the rest of your LIFE!  

Now we know what our goals are, we've taken steps in planning to prepare for known obstacles, we've tested and gotten baseline readings and data to optimize the design of your program, and we've included each of the 7 Proven Components of Success.

It's time to get started!

Think of this program as going to school. We're going to be teaching you how to maximize your time and energy for the best results possible.

Each workout our trainers are with you reviewing technique, form, timing, and pushing your to achieve your best.

We will be doing this CONSISTENTLY. Give yourself a reasonable amount of time to make these changes into your life and learn how to maintain them. Truly you will be changing your lifestyle. Be patient with the process and have realistic expectations. While you will be making dramatic changes, it does not happen overnight. Give yourself 17-24 weeks to achieve your initial goals and develop the habits necessary to maintain your results for life!
