Varida Kautner, Ph.D., has been a licensed marriage and family therapist since 1993. She has a private practice in Leesburg, Virginia. She specializes in counseling couples and families, as well as in individual therapy.  Many insurance plans are accepted.

Dr. Kautner was trained and mentored by Montague Ullman for seven years. She did her doctoral dissertation on the experience of nine older people participating in Ullman Dream Groups.
