I like to read the latest news

about space exploration

and view photographs taken

by satellites or by telescopic cameras.

Scientific descriptions, photographs

and explanations of the structure

and growth of the universe

in current astronomy articles

has inspired the subjects

for this new direction of drawings

in ink on sheet acetate,

begun in April of 2008.
