REAL BEAUTY, OUTWARD FAITH

"Proverbs 31: 30" ( Charm is deceptive and beauty is fleeting but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.)

My favorite verse is this for one reason...actually two.
The first is because of this.
Girls, teens, and young adults think that they will become noticed as attractive and pretty if they wear tight jeans and short shorts and act like somebody else.
The truth?? They're really not. The reason is this, they don't look good. They are getting the attention they wanted, but not for the reason they want it. Instead, they should dress modestly and act like themselves because if they do, they will find friends who like them for who they are and not for what they're not.
The second reason is this: Beauty fades and somebody's attitude is not always the same. I'm saying that if you have Christ in your heart, then the real beauty will stay and the real Christ-like attitude will stay, as well. God is the Way to real beauty, because outward beauty will grow older, the blondey blondes will be gray and white haired. With God, even if I might not be pretty, I know that God still loves me for who I am. That's what really counts.
