Minnesota
Anant met all his family in Minnesota in the past week or so. We went to MN on Nov 20 in the wee hours of the morning
then left the same way on Nov 25. It was a whirlwind tour seeing all of Rob's side of the family we could see. Anant really
enjoyed seeing everyone. He enjoyed the Mall of America. Especially Camp Snoopy rides that he was able to go on (ones that
he could go on with a chaperone). After almost every ride he whined to get back on. Then we told him that we were going on
another ride and he was happy to oblige.
Anant also loved all the dogs. Every home we went to, except for one, had dogs. Anant called his Granpa's house "Dee's
house" (the dog's house).
He recently, over the past week started asking questions like "where are we going?" "Who's that?". Maybe because we were
in the car just about every day while we were away going somewhere?
He has also gotten to the point where he can sing whole chorus' of songs by himself. We heard him sing the "Noah Built
the Ark" chorus and he also sings "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" by himself. Its really cute hearing him sing.
Its been hard to blog as life has gotten busy and hard of late.
We haven't heard anything from our lawyer about a court date as of yet.

Potty training part 2
Well, things continue to go very well with this developmental task. Anant has taken a liking to using the potty. Yesterday,
I am told he did not have one bowel movement in his diaper. Yeah Anant way to go!!!! The times using the potty chair continue
to increase. Especially whenever Daddy goes to use the bathroom, he wants to use his potty too. Poor Daddy has to have a two
year old staring at him while sitting on the potty and trying to make sure, I am doing things the right way like, "pee
pee down." Being challenged to go to the bathroom as someone is staring at you means that Daddy sits there a long
time before his business is done. Anant has also taken to striping naked on occasion when we are not expecting it. No
diapers, nothing. This is problematic when he does this at night and we go in to his room to find a naked boy standing up
in his crib. We wonder if it is because he needs to use the potty?
