Write to Your U.S. Senators
That was easy! This next step is a bit more complicated, but well worth your time! You can send letters
to your state's U.S. Senators asking them to contact Secretary Kempthorne and request his help in saving the Red Knot.
1. Download this sample letter to a U.S. Senator.
2. Edit the top part to address it to your U.S. Senator, then print, sign and send. Repeat for your other
U.S. Senator.

Print two copies of the letter, fill in the info for your state's U.S. Senators by hand, sign and send
both.
