Our Guarantee

We screen candidates for those who can give a minimum of a one-year commitment. We need to see in their background that they are stable enough to keep a commitment, and consistently provide you great service.

We also help you develop a job description and employee contract with your new staff to help ensure clarity, open communication, and an honest relationship.

We give a full 90 days guarantee to all clients. That means if the candidate leaves within the 3 months for any reason, we will work in good faith to replace the candidate.

Fee and Guarantees for Domestic Permanent Staffing

 

1.         ABLE Employment Agency Inc., is a fee-based domestic staffing firm. We seek prospective domestic employees on behalf of clients by conducting extensive interviews and background checks to determine suitable candidates for specific domestic programs. ABLE handles all negotiations for our clients on subjects such as salary, benefits, hours, vacations, holidays, and all other miscellaneous subjects.

2.         ABLE has no application or retainer's fee, nonetheless employers outside the tri-state is required to pay an additional out of state placement charge of $500.00 in addition of finders fee. The fee for services rendered is due and payable within the first week of employment.

3.         When a suitable candidate receives a job offer by you and accepts it, the trial period begins. We offer a one-week trial at the end of this trial period, the finders fee is due in full. Please refer to our contract for terms and conditions. 

4.         If the employee leaves or is terminated within the first 90 days after the initial week trial period, and you already have fulfilled your contractual payment obligations ABLE will conduct a search for a replacement of the candidate at no further charge to the client.

5.         Before this hiring process begins, a client must sign ABLE's Employers Agreement, please carefully review the agreement which outlines the terms and conditions. Upon receiving a signed copy of the contract, we will resume the search and begin the referral process. You may expect to start receiving information on prospective employees within a week.

"From time to time, Mrs. Serafinni may be asked to facilitate communications with a clients and employees due to her language skills," Speaking fluently five languages is definitely an asset in any business but especially in our industry.

The candidates see the fact that she has an accent as an additional competence that helps her to communicate better with candidates from diverse backgrounds. Her language skill helps resolve cultural or language conflicts, or problems between employers and employees.

Being multicultural and multilingual demonstrates she can adjust her style to different people and situations. It also indicates she has experienced looking at problems and opportunities from different perspectives and that she thinks before she acts. It means, she knows how it feels to be misunderstood, and she knows what it takes to reverse misunderstandings. Partly because she knows how it feels to have the shoe on the other foot..." Like when an employer asked a nanny from Peru if she liked dogs, and her reply was – Does your dog bites? The employer was confused with the question, and thinking of her loving pet, she could not comprehend why she would ask that, she perceived that as   a signal that she didn’t like animals thence it would not be a good fit. I received a call from Marta and she said that she had a nice conversation with you and that you sound very nice on the phone as well, and is looking forward to meet you and the children.

 

As far as your concerns, I would not worry about it so much, because when I interviewed her (as I do with all applicants) I asked if she liked animals, and she said that she does. I asked her again today just to make sure, if she is afraid of dogs. She said that she is not afraid, as long they are not aggressive; actually, she told me that she loves animals. I suppose that what she meant to ask you was if your dog is friendly.

 

Please understand that in foreigner countries most people has watchdogs, unlike Americans, overseas (especially in under developed countries) the majority of families has dogs primarily for protection of their home. It's a common practice overseas (my country included) while visiting a home for the first time, to ask the hosts if the animal bites... thence the question.

 

I don't believe this is cause for concern at all, besides the family that she worked previously had pets (a dog), and she loves it. 

 

Please let me know at what time you would like to see her on Sunday.

Our Exclusive Screning Process

                        The Finest in The Business

Our personalized referral service was design with our clients in mind. to meet the needs of the judicious individual and family. Each applicant must come in for a personal interviewed, and go through rigorous and exclusive Screening Process. We interview every day and we have over 500 applicants on file, however as we carefully evaluate each individual applicant, we reserve the right to turn unsuitable applicants away.

  • First, we thoroughly prescreening qualifying candidates with a telephone interview.
  • Schedule a personal interview with prospect candidates where they completes a comprehensive custom made application form, which includes references, work history, and health inventory.
  • Thirdly, each candidate receives an evaluation in an extensive, in-person interview with our owner/recruiter.
  • We then complete a full reference check. This is comprised of detailed conversations with previous employers, as well as verification of education and all other types of employment.
