The original concept was to be a headhunting staffing and recruiting service, designed to place foreigners high executive with American companies. Leading the staffing and recruiting industry in a multinational company in Brazil, Ms. Seraphinni is a recruiter that has understanding and knowledge of not just the staffing and recruiting industry, but also the industry that would recruit within.
