My
story begins like this: I was leaving Manhattan and relocating to the North Shore of Long Island. I
had used the higher-end agencies in NYC and I continued during my transition. However, the individuals that I kept meeting
as live-in possibilities frightened me. That is when friends of our family suggested ABLE, they had someone placed
in their house for 10 years.
Truly, each
candidate that Mary sent to our house always met the credentials that we were very specific about in our search. My situation
changed and I needed more help so we hired a live-in couple through ABLE and it was just who we were looking for and just

I first contacted Mary Seraphinni’s agency in 2002 when I was looking
for a full time Housekeeper, Mary began by asking many questions about the type of person I was looking for, we discussed
my home, my family and my lifestyle. Within days Mary had put together between 4 and 6 applicants who she felt I would like
to interview. Each girl who came for an interview was of a very high standard making the choice harder than I would have imagined.
We offered the post to a young woman who began working with us in June of
that year. My housekeeper, still with us 4 ½ years later, has become invaluable and in fact has now become my secretary.
In the summer of 2006, I needed a replacement Housekeeper, and of course,
I went back to A.B.L.E. Inc., again, Mary worked closely with me and promptly sent five ladies for me to interview. I short
listed to two applicants and finally offered the position to my present Housekeeper who has been with us since August. She
has settled in extremely well and a great help in the running of our home. We trust that she will also stay with us for years
to come.
