to form a successful recruiter company. The original concept was to be a headhunting staffing and recruiting service designed
to place foreigner’s high executive with American companies. Leading the staffing and recruiting industry in a multinational
company in Brazil, Ms. Seraphinni is a recruiter that has understanding and knowledge the staffing industry. As
we all know, the recruiting industry is one of the toughest and competitive profession today and only the highly trained,
highly motivated, and highly qualified professionals will succeed. It is also one of the most rewarding; personally, professionally,
however through study and carefully research, she saw the need in her community for an employment service that would help

The Placement
Process
Upon completion of your
application and after a Service Agreement has been signed, the selective process will commence. Once the job offer form is
filled, we will begin to line up prospective candidates for you.
We strive for professional
excellence. Our in-depth, extensive screening process enables us to match the family’s needs to the candidate most capable
of fulfilling the task at hand. The following are a few conditions that should be negotiated in advance.
Interview
Candidates placed through
our agency usually are reimbursed for their transportation fair at the time of the first interview. Arrangements should be
made in advance for the employee’s bus or train fare to and from her home. We recommend that the candidate pay for her
ticket to the job and receive reimbursement from her prospect employer at the time of the interview.
Living Arrangements/Guests
Employees usually have
their own private bedroom. By law, if the job description request that the employee to live-in employer must provide
room and board. Be sure to discuss other parts of the employee living arrangements, such as private bathroom and use of the
kitchen and recreation area. If guests of the employee are permitted in the home, ground rules regarding length of visit and
sleep-over arrangements should be worked out in advance.
Work Schedule
Full time hours vary:
35 to 60 a week. Part time hours vary: a minimum of 20 to 34 hours
Negotiate holidays, salary
wages, vacation and benefits, use of family car (for live-in positions) and complete job responsibilities at the first interview.
Employer And
Employee Agreement
We strongly encourage
the employer and the employee to complete an agreement pertaining to job responsibilities. The agency will provide said agreement
form.
Salaries
Full time - $400 to $1000 Part
time - $10 to $25 per hour
